Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fleet operations team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the loading and unloading of company vehicles efficiently, as well as scheduling and positioning trailing equipment effectively. They will also manage customer bookings and service support, ensuring effective communication across drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily vehicle operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and position trailing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize routes.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Review and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in fleet operations management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills with proficiency in software applications relevant to fleet management.
