Data Management Professional

The role of Data Management Professional is a pivotal position within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the consolidation of data collections and reporting, with a focus on mental health.
Main Responsibilities- Create project plans for integrating forensic mental health and other reporting into standard platforms and tools, including a common data layer for data management and monitoring, and MS Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure best practice data management is applied to mental health data collections, meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Health Mental Health Branch, and supporting reporting, planning, and monitoring activities of assigned projects in collaboration with the Forensic Mental Health Directorate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and consolidating data collections and reporting requirements across a complex organization. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to document and streamline these requirements.
