Support Clinician Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Clinician Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Clinician Assist WA program, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and operations of this important initiative.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking key activities including stakeholder engagement and relationship support, delivering meticulous reports with associated analyses, managing user registration processes, developing operational resources, and providing secretariat support for steering committees and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager - Clinician Assist WA to maintain relationships with stakeholders and report on progress related to contractual obligations.
  • Provide secretariat support for steering committee and advisory group meetings.
  • Facilitate and report on feedback sessions for the Referral Access Criteria Project.
  • Complete reporting activities, including data analysis and writing associated analyses.
  • Manage website user registrations and provide user support.
  • Assist leadership teams with audits, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to solution development.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in health, human services, project management, or related field.
  • A proven history of developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting committees or working groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage reporting and data requests, including interpreting data and providing analyses.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and problem-solve.
