Business Transformation Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Partner to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

About the Role:

  • Identify and deliver Data & AI opportunities that maximise business value, bridging the gap between business units and AI function.
  • Embed Data & AI thinking into decision-making, translating technical concepts into business terms.
  • Build trust in responsible AI use and ensure initiatives align with organisational strategy, governance frameworks, and ethical standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and operational needs.
  • Develop high-value Data & AI use cases, defining problem statements and value cases.
  • Represent the business during Data & AI solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Support delivery teams to ensure solutions meet agreed business outcomes and operational requirements.
  • Monitor performance of deployed Data & AI solutions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Databricks, or AI/ML technologies are desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record in mining and/or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of mining processes, operations, and systems.
