Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the food and beverage experience, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on general operational tasks and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with bar service, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Fulfill special banquet event arrangements and attend to in-house events, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.

About You:

  • You have a valid RSA and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You possess working rights in Australia and are enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
