Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As a key member of our Ladies and Gentlemen, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service across various food and beverage operations, including breakfast service, in-room dining, lounge service, bar service, and restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, take and process food and beverage orders, and ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Breakfast Service: Set up and prepare the breakfast area, deliver the iconic Ritz-Carlton breakfast service, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.
  • In-Room Dining: Take in-room dining orders, deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, and ensure timely service.
  • Lounge Service: Provide service in the lounge area, prepare and serve beverages and light snacks, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Bar Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage bar inventory, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Dining Room Service: Set up and clean tables, manage table settings, and ensure a tidy dining environment.
About You
  • You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a valid RSA and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You are proficient in delivering storylines to guests and have a can-do attitude.
