Spatial Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and experienced professional to take charge of delivering cutting-edge spatial and survey solutions.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of spatial projects from conceptualization through to completion.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS by understanding their needs, proposing effective spatial solutions, and ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, resourcing decisions, and project profitability, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Collaborate with Surveyors, Digital Engineers, and Team Leaders to align fieldwork and data delivery with project and client objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of data acquisition, processing, QA, and output across conventional surveying, laser scanning, mapping, and BIM workflows.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools and processes to improve workflow efficiency, data quality, and value creation across our Spatial capability.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and delivering spatial or 3D survey projects within the built environment. They will possess strong commercial awareness, including experience with budgeting, resourcing, or contract delivery in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spatial projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and delivering spatial or 3D survey projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience with budgeting and resourcing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
