Future Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our graduate program in Agribusiness. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability as they learn and grow through functional rotations, a tailored development program, and a tight-knit support network.

The program is designed to help you grow and take on meaningful work. You'll play a key role in providing food, drink, and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable, and healthy for our customers.

In your second year, you will complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution.

During your graduate journey, you will develop a deep understanding of the Australian meat supply chain, working with farmers, processors, and retail packers to deliver exceptional livestock products.

Agribusiness Stream

Recent brands you may have seen on our shelves include Certified Carbon Neutral Beef and Pork, grass-fed Beef and Lamb.

Seeing your products from paddock to plate is quite an experience and provides immediate responsibility and opportunities to make a difference.

The Graduate program begins in 2027, however, if you have completed your studies, there may be work opportunities available at our head office before the program starts, subject to availability.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Holding an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or holding a permanent residency at the time of application.
  • Having completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

Note: Hybrid work is an option, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
