Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships particularly those who need lending products services and advice.
  • Manage multiple customers across various markets working flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Create external referral networks to grow the customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience maintaining referral networks and building customer relationships.
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing organisation particularly in lending.
  • Knowledge of the home lending process and a solid pipeline of contacts.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Personal resilience negotiation and persuasion skills and self-motivation.
