Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated HR professional with experience in training administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver efficient administrative support across People & Culture and Training functions;
  • Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries, and escalate where appropriate;
  • Prepare and issue employee documentation, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance within relevant systems;
  • Support onboarding activities, coordinate pre-employment checks, and book inductions;
  • Provide administrative support during recruitment campaigns, assist with performance development reviews, and generate routine reports;
  • Act as primary administrative support for training activities, maintain and update training records, and manage compliance reporting;
  • Coordinate enrolments and completions of traineeships, tickets, licences, and nationally recognised training;
  • Ensure all training documentation is compliant, accessible, and filed appropriately;
Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR Admin or a similar role;
  • Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or similar;
  • Familiarity with training compliance frameworks and reporting tools;
  • Previous experience using HRIS and Training Management Systems;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry;
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
