Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and preparing reports.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with various HR-related matters, including benefits, time-off requests, and performance issues.
  • Deputy HR Software: Manage and maintain our Deputy HR software system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
