Business Development Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and lead the way in our advisory services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our service lines.

  • Develop business objectives and activities that align with our firm's strategic framework and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive growth initiatives across the firm by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities and building relationships with key clients.
  • Pipeline development and growth through identification of high-value opportunities and end-to-end support, including pitch development.
  • Work closely with specialists in our Clients & Markets team to identify, develop, and convert leads in line with our quality client criteria.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in business development and client relationship management within professional services. You will possess initiative, commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to different stakeholder needs and styles.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Approximately 7 years of experience in business development and client relationship management within professional services.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and progress multiple objectives concurrently.
  • Respect for complementary skillsets and a willingness to initiate and support collaborative activity to drive revenue growth.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field.
