**About the Role:**
  • Scope Distribution Overhead works, lead and organize employees to achieve outstanding performance in people performance, HSEQ outcomes, and business results.
  • Plan and oversee field-based activities relating to time, cost, quality, and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations.
  • Coordinate materials and subcontract services required to complete the work schedule.
  • Complete all documentation.
  • Liaise with the team and field crews to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
**Your Responsibilities Include:**
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform business decisions.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
**About You:**

To be considered, you'll have previous experience working across high/low voltage environments and industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.

You'll hold an Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Qualification (or equivalent industry experience) and a Current Tasmanian Driver's Licence.

SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package systems experience will be highly regarded.
