Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our team, working on civil detailed design and documentation in accordance with relevant design standards. You will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed designs and documentation in software such as 12D and AutoCAD that meet our standards.

In this role, you will ensure project success by monitoring scope, quality, costs, and schedules, leading to profitable project outcomes. Additionally, you will track project progress, including quality, costs, and schedules, to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of earthworks, drainage, road works, and sewer / water using software like 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer.

  • An Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • You should have the ability to use theoretical knowledge of design and principles to analyze and interpret information.
  • Good knowledge of drafting requirements for local authorities and government departments is necessary.
  • Additionally, you should have good knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
