We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Support Specialist. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide support to children and young adults with additional needs in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children and young adults with additional needs in educational settings
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young adults
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young adults
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children and young adults with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
