We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our team As a leader in the marketing space, you will be responsible for crafting unforgettable guest experiences that start online and last well beyond the exit gates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge on brand and digital strategies across all Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
  • Transform the guest journey into a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience—from research to ride queue.
  • Use data, insights, and a dash of marketing magic to deliver campaigns that hit both hearts and revenue targets.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative, innovative, and measurable campaigns.

You will work alongside our CMO to dream big, think smart, and deliver results that make both our guests and our stakeholders smile. What You'll Bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in multi-channel marketing environments (tourism, entertainment, or attractions a plus).
  • Success in brand strategy, digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
