Mineral Exploration Strategist

Job Overview:

As a Mineral Exploration Strategist, you will lead a team of experts to drive go-to-market strategies for AI-powered solutions that accelerate mineral discovery and expand space-enabled exploration capabilities.

About the Company:

Fleet Space Technologies is building technologies to help humanity explore and connect the Earth, Moon, and Mars. Our flagship ExoSphere solution leverages space technology and AI to map mineral systems in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align cross-functional teams around customer value and business outcomes.
  • Define and execute campaign execution for AI-powered solutions; optimize marketing operations for scale; and establish systems that maintain quality while increasing velocity.
  • Prioritize strategic accounts with Sales, Product, and Executive teams; build a culture of data-driven experimentation and measurement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Enterprise B2B Marketing Leadership: 8+ years leading marketing in startup/scale-up tech, with experience in Mineral exploration, Mining Technology, or Deep Tech.
  • Team & Budget Management Experience: History of managing marketing budgets and scaling teams of 8+ people.
  • Revenue-Focused Partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and contribute to deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Field Marketing experience: At least part of your toolkit and experience.
