Our organization is seeking an experienced health professional to develop, manage, and continuously improve health management systems across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a business approach and strategy towards managing workers' compensation claims, implementing and maintaining health and fitness for work systems that meet legislative requirements and business needs, undertaking a key stakeholder role in developing and implementing strategies to manage psychosocial risks, and evaluating trends, providing analysis, and developing action plans to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:\
- Drive the business approach and strategy towards managing workers' compensation claims.
- Implement, maintain, and manage health & fitness for work systems that meet legislative requirements and business needs.
- Undertake a key stakeholder role in developing and implementing strategies to manage psychosocial risks.
- Evaluate trends, provide analysis, and develop action plans to mitigate risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications\
- A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, exercise physiology, or other relevant medical services field.
- Extensive experience in health and injury management, preferably in mining or closely related industry.
- Detailed knowledge of health, compensation, and injury management acts, legislations, and standards.
