Job Description:

The Career Advancement Professional role is to guide our clients towards career development and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment once they are ready for work.

You will be at the forefront of our services working one-on-one with clients to provide personalized support for a fulfilling career.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and motivation to participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
  • Ensuring our clients employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
