Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant

Big Umbrella is seeking a highly skilled Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Workplace Health organisation, you will play a critical role in achieving exceptional results and delivering quality services to our clients.

The Role:
  • Manage a caseload of clients, focusing on quality and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Engage with a variety of clients, including WorkCover QLD and DVA, to provide discipline-specific assessments and support.
  • Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to achieve Return to Work (RTW) outcomes.
  • Build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, generating repeat referrals and driving business growth.
  • Provide training and coaching to other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Work from home and visit clients in Townsville and surrounding areas, utilizing your reliable vehicle and driver's license.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Osteopath, or Registered Nurse; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives working independently and contributing to a multidisciplinary team, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
