Big Umbrella is seeking a highly skilled Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Workplace Health team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, and developing return-to-work plans.

  • Proactively manage a reasonable caseload to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Engage with a variety of clients, including WorkCover QLD and DVA.
  • Perform discipline-specific assessments to identify client needs.
  • Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat referrals.
  • Provide training and coaching to other team members as the team grows.
  • Work from home and visit clients in the Townsville and surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Osteopath, or Registered Nurse; ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor.1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience.Eagerness to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space.Organized, proactive, and motivated.Ability to thrive working independently and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.A reliable vehicle and driver's license.
