Bar Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bars and restaurant.
- Taking charge of the entire Food and Beverage operation, managing two bars, a restaurant, events, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality events and experiences.
- Scheduling the Front of House team according to operational requirements within budget constraints.
- Maintaining high standards for guest interactions and providing coaching to enhance the experience for both guests and staff.
- Ensuring all Food and Beverage items meet specifications and are delivered to guests as per serving standards.
- Fostering a team culture that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the F&B operation, managing multiple areas including bars, restaurants, and events.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement successful events and experiences.
- Develop and manage FOH schedules to ensure efficient operations and budget compliance.
- Monitor guest interactions and provide guidance to staff to improve overall experience.
- Maintain high standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Promote a positive team culture that drives exceptional performance.
