Business Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Category Manager to join our Commercial team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Dairy, Frozen and Convenience Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and performance of our Frozen category.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies to deliver sales growth, profitability, and market share
- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Lead product innovation and range architecture to meet customer needs and preferences
- Build and manage high-performing teams to deliver business results
- Manage the category P&L, including sales, cost, and profit
- Proven experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of the Coles business and operations
- Senior leadership experience with a track record of delivering business results
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in supplier management and negotiation
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering category strategies
