We are seeking a highly skilled Business Category Manager to join our Commercial team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Dairy, Frozen and Convenience Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and performance of our Frozen category.
As a Business Category Manager, you will work closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver the best value proposition to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing and driving the performance of the category portfolio through sales, profitability, and growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing numerous supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Driving product innovation and range architecture
- Building your team's capability and engagement to deliver performance excellence
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the Coles business and operation, as well as proven experience in management and commercial capability. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and develop high-performance teams.
