Garment Technician Assistant Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a Garment Technician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review photoshoot samples for accuracy in fit, construction, fabric, and finishing details.
  • Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies to the Garment Tech team.
  • Manage and track sample movement across photoshoots and seasonal collection timelines.
  • Support fittings by taking detailed notes and assisting with tech pack updates.
  • Contribute to daily garment tech tasks, including spec reviews and measurement checks.
  • Manage and track incoming factory parcels, ensuring timely delivery, accurate logging, and communication with relevant teams.

Fashion design background, strong working knowledge of Excel, basic understanding of pattern making and grading, and familiarity with tech packs and garment specs are essential. Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
