Junior Designer Position

This role is ideal for a talented and motivated individual who is looking to develop their design skills and work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic designs in alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Assist with the management of design direction from concept to final styling, including selection of fabrics, trims, silhouettes, lab dip colours, print strike offs, and patterns.
  • Support the design team in creating high-quality designs across all categories in line with the creative direction.
  • Help with the creation of linesheets and presentation materials for strategy reviews, including trend, colour and fabric boards.
  • Attend fit sessions to ensure that products are technically executed to the highest standard and meet commercial requirements.
  • Develop technical packs in support of the technical team as required.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in design, development, and production to achieve positive results during the development phase.
