As a Nurse Educator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing nursing education and practice within the organisation.

  • Develop and deliver evidence-based educational frameworks and training programs to support nurses at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and healthcare teams to align education and clinical practice with strategic goals and regulatory standards, including NMBA requirements.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and support clinical governance by coordinating clinical practice standards, policies, and performance indicators.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You are an experienced, proactive nurse educator with advanced clinical expertise, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and a tertiary qualification in nursing; postgraduate qualifications in education or specialty nursing are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programs within a clinical setting.
