Senior Clinical Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Life Support educator to lead and deliver high-quality education at a major hospital.
- Design, implement and evaluate evidence-based education programs that support safe and effective Advanced Life Support practice.
- Provide expert clinical education, coaching and mentoring to healthcare professionals at all levels, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure education aligns with organisational goals and clinical standards.
- Lead innovation in education, including the development and delivery of simulation-based learning opportunities.
You are a dedicated and collaborative healthcare professional with advanced clinical knowledge and a passion for developing others. You will bring:
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in Advanced Life Support, with proven experience in developing and delivering specialist programs.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, mentor and motivate individuals and teams.
- Experience in simulation-based education and the ability to manage educational resources to deliver innovative, high-quality learning experiences.
