We are seeking a dynamic and motivated nursing professional with a passion for clinical teaching and facilitation to take on an advanced role in our education team.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote exceptional clinical standards and staff development through training and mentoring
- Support the achievement of departmental vision by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among staff members
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that address clinical skills and facilitate person-centred staff development, assessment of clinical competencies, and assistance with clinical education events
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scrub roles with a focus on clinical teaching and facilitation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinically-based education position
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current or working towards)
- Postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialty is highly desirable but not essential
