About This RoleIn this rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support that empowers clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing while upholding each client's dignity and comfort.
- Deliver tailored care based on the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client.
- Support with daily living activities including:
- Meal preparation and household duties.
- Personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
- Transportation to medical appointments and social outings.
- Companionship and social support.
- Foster independence and help clients maintain their lifestyle and wellbeing.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
- Driver's licence and vehicle.
- National police check.
- First aid & CPR certification.
