Aged Care Home Assistant

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide high-quality home care support to elderly Australians in Rockhampton, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
This role involves:
- Domestic assistance including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Personal care encompassing showering, daily hygiene, monitoring of health and wellbeing
- Community access to medical appointments and social activities
- Providing support with daily tasks and routines
- BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
Key requirements include:
- An Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Passionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)

This is a casual position available between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, with no evening or overnight shifts.
