Job Title: Senior Project CoordinatorJob Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will manage consultants, coordinate documentation processes, and facilitate design meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select and engage consultants to produce construction documentation.
  • Manage consultants, coordinate documentation process, and run design meetings.
  • Ensure services applications are lodged by consultants, hand over documentation to the construction team, and assist with design queries.
  • Manage clients throughout the project lifecycle while running multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Design Management, preferably with a Head Contract builder.
  • Experience within ECI, Tender Phase, and Construction & Delivery Phase.
  • Strong skills in Value Engineering & Buildability, Project Management, and functional briefs.
  • Experience across various building types.
