Your role involves overseeing and maintaining school facilities and grounds for use/hire of the school's facilities and fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining systems, registers, processes, and procedures to administer transactions related to facilities management and reporting.
  • Liaising with managers for the coordination of events and use of facilities.
