Job Overview:

The Service Delivery Coordinator position is a vital component within our Import Desk Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless and compliant import cargo delivery across all designated ports and terminals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with clients on idle containers and keep terminals informed
  • Ensure customer complaints are reported to the Import Desk Team Lead and/or Import Desk Manager
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure efficient delivery of import cargo

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Achievement of year 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment
