We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, drafting, and disseminating stakeholder communications.
- They will also assist in the management of facility occupation schedules, handovers, hand backs, and defect reporting as needed for circuits.
- Additionally, they will coordinate circuit paddocks, including liaison with contractors and teams where required.
- And process invoices, accurately track budgets, and coordinate financial deliverables.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification, ideally in event management, project/construction management, engineering, business, or other relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated event experience, ideally 3 – 4 years.
- Significant project management experience, including management or coordination of infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, facility ordering, and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Experience of cost control/budget responsibility.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to lead, build effective relations, and communicate with a diverse range of people both internal and externally.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
- A full Diver's License or equivalent from another state and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee) or be willing to obtain.
