About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team at the South Australia Police. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Mobile Workforce Transformation Program, a key strategic ICT program within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate advice and support on a broad range of issues and priorities, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
  • Act as the executive officer for boards and forums, reporting to the Program Director.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and processes to promote organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing approved solutions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently triage matters and follow up actions.
  • Proven capability to prepare and present information for the Program Manager or team members.
  • Ability to monitor deadlines and ensure timely collation of information.
  • Proficiency in drafting correspondence and providing secretariat support.
  • Experience acting as the executive officer for boards and forums.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Skills in identifying, establishing, and maintaining procedures and processes to promote organizational effectiveness.
