Mental Health Specialist for Residential Youth Program

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Diagnostic Assessments: Utilize diagnostic screeners to assess level of functioning, strengths, behavioral health, and psychosocial history, and identify growth areas and needs.
- Provide Individualized Care Plans: Co-create and implement care plans with residents and guardians to address clinical needs and evaluate effectiveness and outcomes.
- Counseling Services: Implement best practice and clinical interventions in individual, family, and group psychotherapy and Day Treatment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered.
- Valid Clinical License in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).
- Experience working with Children and Adolescents, including diagnostic assessments, counseling, and case management.
