We are seeking skilled factory workers with attention to detail to join our team at a Virginia manufacturing facility. These roles involve manual handling, lifting, stacking, wrapping, operating machines, and utilizing hand and power tools, as well as driving a forklift.

  • Physically fit
  • Experience with hand and power tools in a production environment
  • Previous experience using saws and cutting machines is highly beneficial
  • Excellent focus on detail with high accuracy
  • Experience in a similar setting is advantageous
  • Willingness to learn about products
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication with other employees and good organizational skills

The successful applicant must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with a moderately noisy manufacturing environment.
