G. James QLD Glass Operations, located in Eagle Farm, is looking for enthusiastic Glass Workers to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves working with a range of glass products and participating in key factory processes, including truck loading and supporting the production of high-quality glass solutions. While prior experience is desirable, it is not required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities to help you succeed.

The Role

  • Hands-on work across a range of factory processes, including handling, loading trucks and processing glass products
  • Opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in different areas of glass manufacturing
  • Night shift (6:00pm – 2:00am)

About You

  • Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience is highly regarded but not essential)
  • Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • High attention to safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
