Quality Assurance Lead
Lead the way in ensuring product quality meets international standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise quality assurance personnel to enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and quality-related policies.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing standards by reviewing production batch records, auditing quality control, testing finished products and raw materials.
- Investigate and correct quality-related issues, make proactive recommendations, and participate in regulatory audits and inspections.
- Develop close working relationships with department managers and supervisory personnel to meet and maintain product quality.
- Provide QA team members with training, guidance, and leadership in good manufacturing practices.
- Maintain site Quality Management Systems in an audit-ready state.
- Have proven experience with Quality Management Systems within a food manufacturing environment.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
