Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of $53,000 plus superannuation, as well as generous monthly performance incentives (approximately $3,500 per year). Additionally, you will receive 60% store discount after qualifying period, free onsite parking, and the opportunity to work with one of the largest linen and homewares specialists in the country.


Job Description


The Bedroom Linen and Homewares Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our Mentone store. As a Team Leader at Pillow Talk, you will lead from the front and inspire your peers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve budget and KPI targets.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Handling customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Driving the team to reach budget and KPI targets through effective communication and coaching
  • Receiving and organising inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining visual appeal
  • Monitoring sales and KPI progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment within a leadership or supervisory role, with proven exposure to customer service and team management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and championing best practice in all aspects of the business
  • Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store, stepping up when needed
  • Highly personable and confident individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and consultative selling experience
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
