Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the store leadership team by leading from the front and inspiring your peers to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for driving the team to achieve budget and KPI targets, receiving and organising inventory, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.

About You:

  • Proven experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and championing best practice in stock, service, safety, operational procedures, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store.
  • Highly personable and confident individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for customers.
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities.
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
  • Great listening and problem-solving skills.
