This role is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of flight operations and contribute to enhancing customer engagement.

The position involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, acquiring resources for projects, and leading process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with industry leaders, regulatory bodies, and peers
  • Providing technical management of suppliers and driving process enhancements
  • Designing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies, and setting operational goals
  • Familiarizing, qualifying, and standardizing aircrew through training and instruction
  • Demonstrating high standards of crew resource management during aircraft operation
  • Mentoring and evaluating pilots performing aircrew duties, ensuring safe flight operations
  • Presenting to all levels of management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commercial pilot license with international and transoceanic flight experience
  • Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL certification
  • First Class Medical certificate
  • Minimum 5000 hours of total flight time in a public transport category aircraft
  • 1000 hours of flight instructor time
  • Type rating for B737, B787, or B777
  • Experience as a FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot or Line Check Airman
  • Possession of a passport or ability to obtain one for extensive travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable. Management experience is also preferred.
