Remote Operations Manager Opportunity
Mission Aviation Fellowship is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in Arnhem Land, Australia. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in aviation or logistics management.

About the Role
  • Coordinate flight and ground operations
  • Manage resources, including fuel, freight, and flight bookings
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated operations team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mission goals

Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights and ground support services. Your duties will include:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, including coordinating flights, managing resources, and leading a team of operations specialists
  2. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall mission objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Management, Business, or relevant field, or 5+ years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
