Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our stores and drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.

About the Role
  • Drive Sales: Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Floor Management: Ensure showrooms have in-stock best sellers and are customized to store sales history.
  • Stock Integrity: Implement processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, coach managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Training and Upskilling: Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance.
  • Reporting Interpretation: Analyse sales, financial, and operational reports to make informed decisions.
  • Customer Complaints: Manage escalated customer complaints as required.
  • Interstate Travel: Regularly visit stores to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships.
  • WHS Compliance: Uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe environment.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or equivalent role in retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and sales optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial reports and operational data.
