Job Title: Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuation Analyst to join our team in a key role, developing exceptional experience in investment and asset management principles with broad progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote comprehensive property leasing and financial analysis, including valuation processes (capitalisation and DCF methods), and collaborate closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Operations Managers.
  • Analyze key property metrics, manage leasing transactions, and provide detailed commentary on performance variances.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plans, as well as manage leasing fees and drive process improvements to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications and 2-5 years+ relevant experience in a comparable real estate role, or a mix of experience in valuations, leasing analysis and/or budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong modelling and analytics experience.
