Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Console Operator to join our team at Christies Beach Dyson Road. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Operate the console effectively, processing transactions and managing cash handling duties
  • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and tidy condition, meeting health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop knowledge of our products and services, promoting them to customers as needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A strong focus on delivering excellent customer serviceThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills and attention to detailAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
