We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bonds Clearance Eastern Creek store.

Job Summary

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, while providing a supportive and inclusive environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Passion for Retail: An absolute passion for retail and customer service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Initiative: Ability to use initiative, often answering questions with "I've done it already".
  • Communication Skills: Clear and upbeat communication skills, with the ability to hear your smile.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work day/nights and weekends, with the ability to help out during the week, evenings, and weekends too.
  • Previous Fashion Retail Experience: Previous fashion retail experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is AU$40,000 - AU$55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
