Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Event Service Team Member to join our senior living sites in New South Wales. This exciting opportunity offers a flexible Monday to Sunday roster.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents with a warm, friendly, and welcoming style.
  • Provide general waiting duties of food and beverages to meet the high standards of our community.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to assist with food preparation and presentation.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures at all times.

About You:

  • You will have a flexible approach and attitude in a sensitive environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to provide outstanding service to our residents.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, hold a national police check, and obtain an annual Influenza vaccination.
