Business Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Conduct in-depth workshops and engage in discussions with clients to understand their supply chain processes, identify pain points, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate detailed scoping sessions to accurately capture and address customer needs, ensuring the successful delivery of Business Central solutions.
  • Lead pre-sales presentations and functional discussions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Business Central to potential clients.
  • Create design documentation for client approval and prepare as-built documentation for future reference.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating project sprints and development efforts, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery. You will also be involved in delivering training, delivering workshops, and acting as a mentor to other staff.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including implementation, customization, and configuration.
  • A proven track record of leading Business Central projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Experience in conducting discovery workshops, scoping sessions, and pre-sales presentations to gather client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Strong functional expertise in Business Central modules, functionalities, and integrations, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Additionally, knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, shop floor management, order management, pricing, warehouse management, and fulfillment is desired.
